This publication is provided as a set of licensed PDFs to the purchasing organization identified on the order (“Licensee”). Purchase of the PDFs grants the Licensee a non-transferable license to use the score and parts for its own rehearsals and performances. The Licensee may print and reproduce sufficient copies of the score and parts for use by its conductors, musicians, librarians, and other personnel participating in its rehearsals and performances. Copies may also be reprinted as reasonably necessary to replace lost, damaged, or marked materials and may be retained by the Licensee for its future use. The PDF files and any copies made from it are for the Licensee’s use only. The PDF score, parts, or copies thereof may not be sold, transferred, loaned, uploaded, distributed, or provided to another orchestra, ensemble, institution, individual, or third party. The Licensee may retain archival and backup copies of the PDFs for its own use. Purchase of the PDF does not grant any separate rights that may be required for public performance, recording, broadcast, streaming, synchronization, or other uses of the underlying copyrighted work. The Licensee’s name may be incorporated into the PDFs and displayed on each page as identification of the organization to which the materials are licensed.
